Ciclismo Racing is BACK to Racing in 2019 with a Junior MTB Racing Team!
FORT COLLINS, CO – April 30, 2019 –
As an outgrowth of the Ciclismo Youth Foundation and after a 10-year hiatus from racing, Team Director Andy Clark is bringing back Ciclismo Racing! “The timing was just right to return to racing this year. We have a talented young group of hard-working athletes that are interested in racing mountain bikes and Mountain Bike Nationals are in Winter Park CO this summer… Perfect timing”
Ciclismo Racing has a commitment to build individual excellence and community through the hard work and beautiful joy that is cycling! The team is made up of 16 young athletes ages 13-18, they are listed below. We have been seeing some of you out on the trails as these athletes have ridden over 65 hours preparing to start racing. We look forward to seeing you at the races and when you see us please say hello or give a high five! Building up to Nationals, we will be at 14 races, our Schedule is below. Isabel Derbes is our female athlete and she will be racing the Girls 15-16 cat 1-2 this summer.
