As part of her plea agreement, Theresa Marie O’Connor has released a PSA about not continuing to drive while impaired and reminding drivers to stop rather than flee if they are involved in an accident. The poorly written and produced video was obtained by the Coloradoan nearly 3 weeks after it was supposed to be released to the public.
