2026 FoCo Fondo Rider Guide

The 2026 FoCo Fondo Rider Guide is now available.

2026 Stadium Crit Results

Week One of the Stadium Crit series in Timnath kicked off with 48 racers. Week 1 winners were Cameron Krause in the Juniors category, Isa Naschold in the Women's field, Christian Kadletz in the C's, Ben Zukowski in the B's, and Steven Truesdale in the A's. With the opening round now complete, each rider also sits atop their respective omnium standings heading into Week 2.

Incycle Grand Prix

Incycle NoCo is rolling out a new Sunday morning group ride series. The Incycle Grand Prix, a season long, points based competition built around fast road group rides and consistent participation. Starting from the Incycle South store at Harmony and Lemay at 8 a.m., the series runs May through October with 12 events across rotating north and south routes, each featuring sprint, KOM, and rouleur segments that contribute to both individual leaderboards and an overall GC.

2026 Weekday Race Schedule

Here's the 2026 NoCo/SoWyo weekday race schedule for Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2026. The schedule includes information on Tuesday and Thursday night races held in Fort Collins, Timnath, and Laramie.

Group Rides

Incycle MTB Ride

Join the Incycle crew for a chill weekly MTB ride from the Soderberg Trailhead at Horsetooth Open Space. All are welcome. Lights might be a good idea depending on daylight.

Fort Collins Gravel People

Time: Spring, Summer Fall @Tues PM
Pace: Conversational Pace
Join us for fun and only slightly spicy rides on Tuesday nights. Expect a 13-14 MPH average pace with 1-2 re-groups per ride. We aim to keep the stoke high and the jerks out.

NoCo Gravel Stage Race

Event Type: Gravel Stage Race
Time of Year: Spring/Summer
The NCGSR is a free, Strava-based gravel stage race that takes place during the Spring and Summer in Larimer and Weld counties. The goal of these races is to "create a grassroots gravel event that creates a welcoming and supportive environment where people can challenge themselves, explore Northern Colorado roads, and get involved with a community of like-mined riders."

FoCo Fondo Training Rides

Event Type: Gravel Group Ride
Time of Year: Winter, Spring, Summer
Whit and Zack with Bike Sports are hosting training rides leading into this summer's FoCo Fondo. The series includes a women's only weekend, a beginners clinic, on-your-own rides and gravel group rides. The rides are free, but you must sign a waiver. The Fondo takes place on July 21st, 2024.

Dirt Church Gravel

Time: All Season @ Sunday AM
Pace: Conversational Pace
Supported by Trek and the First City Cycling Team, this group ride will find the best gravel rides around Fort Collins. Rides are anywhere from 40-70 miles in length. Although they are not no-drop, usually groups will form so that you're not stuck out on your own. Make sure you have enough food/water/gear to support yourself for the entire ride because there aren't always stops along the way.

Borderlands Gravel

Time: All Season @ Sunday AM & Wednesday PM
Pace: Conversational Pace
Twice a week gravel group rides and good company. Join us at rotating starting points around town for some rowdy rides and raucous times exploring our NoCo gravel.

Winter Bike to Work Day

Event Type: Bike Holiday
Time of Year: February
Winter Bike to Work Day encourages thousands of cyclists to ride their bikes to work (or wherever) each February. Dozens of local businesses sponsor free breakfast stations all over town.  It's like Bike to Work Day but with mittens. 

Winter Ralleye Gravel Rides

Event Type: Gravel Group Ride
Time of Year: Winter
The Winter Ralleye is a series of gravel group rides that take place every winter in Larimer and Weld Counites. They are usually held regardless of weather conditions and can be done on any type of bike you are comfortable riding/pushing in harsh conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to; cold, darkthrity, COLD, snow, rain, deep snow, goat heads, wind and 60 degrees and sunny. It's not a race and there are no entry fees.

Four Seasons of Horsetooth Mountain Bike Challenge

Event Type: Moutain Bike Series
Time of Year: Each Season
The Four Seasons of Horsetooth Mountain Bike Challenge is a grass-roots un-event with no entry fees and no real start times and is ridden on the two solstices and two equinoxes in Horsetooth Mountain Park and Lory State Park.

One Speed Open

Event Type: Gravel Group Ride
Time of Year: Spring
The OSO is the OG NoCo gravel event, first taking place in 2005. V1 was a fundraiser so the legend Rafael Millan-Garcia could return to Mexico to visit his ailing father. The lowkey grassroots gravel race has happened more or less every year since.

Chris Urbauer sold his successful landscape company in Lincoln, Nebraska, and moved to Fort Collins with his family in 2013.
