Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies (SETCR) opened it’s doors for business on Monday, October 13 with an evening Open House. The Training Center is located below Peloton Cycles 2101 S College Ave Fort Collins, CO 80525. SETCR is a full training center for cyclists from beginner to pro.
Classes offered are: The Complete Athlete, Vo2 Training, Climbing efforts, & Lactate Threshold.
Services offered are: Lactate Testing, Gym, Motor Pacing (Spring 2015), Individual Trainer Time.
Your Functional Threshold Power is used to determine wattage zones and resistance for efficient training during a class. If you aren’t sure what your FTP is, testing will hone in on that for you, otherwise, consult with SECTR to help determine a good starting range. Through targeted, efficient training you can train your weaknesses and enhance your strengths. These classes are a fun way to beat the basement training blues or complete an efficient workout for the time-crunched athlete!
Class schedules can be found at Mind and Body online. These class times are geared to fit within a cyclists busy work day schedule. Private training times are available upon request. Call or email (zallison@source-e.net) to set up appointments. Classes will be limited to 10 trainers per class. You can sign up ahead of time to insure your space. Your first class is free! (First class free offer ends November 30th, 2014).

Zack Allison, graduate of the Exercise Science program at Colorado State University, is bringing this unique training facility to Fort Collins. Zack has been a professional racer and coach for the last four years, applying his degree and experience to give back to the cycling community in Fort Collins.
