The weekly Monday Evening Trail Work sessions organized by Steve Lacey in conjunction with Fort Collins Natural Areas will resume on April 3rd. Most sessions take place at city natural areas like Bobcat Ridge, Horsetooth Mountain Park and Foothills Trail. This first Monday will focus on improving a North side corner of the Foothills trail near Soldier Canyon. Meet at the Skyline Parking area (at the top of North Dam) at 5:30. Parking passes will be available. Come prepared for a short 1/2 mile hike on rough terrain to the work site. Volunteers should bring gloves, toed shoes, eye protection and water.  Steve plans to work until sunset.

More information on this weekly volunteer opportunity can be found on the Monday Evening Trail Work Facebook page. And on the YGR calendar.
