Brave New Wheel Dance Party

From Your Hosts: Brave New Wheel:

Alright fam. It’s official. On Saturday night the 29th we’re gonna throw another banger of a dance party at @thelyriccinema and we can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes and get weird! Last year the Lyric proved to be amazing for a huge party and with multiple bars, multiple stages, zombie movies, fire pits, and general freaky shit this year will be even better. Get yer costumes worked out because nobody wants to be that person who didn’t and tbh seeing hundreds of our homies in crazy ass costumes having a blast is the reason we do this. As always ride a bike or catch a ride because parking is limited and the bike path goes right to it! Tickets are $10 on the Lyrics website and all of it goes to them for being such an amazing gem in Fort Collins. Happy Halloween y’all

Women’s Halloween MTB Ride

From Your Hosts: Dirt Darlings

Join us for a spooky ride up Timber and down Kimmons at Lory State Park. Timber is an intermediate climbing trail and Kimmons is a intermediate descent, this ride will be ~5 miles. If we have daylight and the group is feeling it, we’ll do a quick valley lap to top it off. Check out trail forks or send us a DM if you have questions on the route and your ability to ride!

Meet at the Timber Parking lot at 4PM, wheels down at 415PM.

Wear a costume if you wish, bring a camp chair, your beverage of choice, and maybe a handful of Halloween candy to share! We’ll hang out in the parking lot after. Can’t wait to see you there!

Spooky Bike Night-urban group ride

From Your Hosts: FoCo Bike Mob
Spooky Bike Night is this Saturday!
Are you ready?
Here’s what you need to know…
We’ll meet at 417 Garfield St between 630 and 8pm for a social costume hour then
depart at 8pm (actually though 😛)
We’ll ride for approximately an hour through Old Town neibhorhoods as a group, listening to music and having a great time, spreading Halloween cheer for all to hear
We’ll end at the Atrium for sets by DJ Stein until the late night
Last year over 100 people came out to ride which was amazing, just remember we’ll be on public roads so make sure to follow these rules…
Have a light on your front, back and side (this is a State requirement for riding at night).
DON’T RUN RED LIGHTS! The group will wait for you when we get pinched at lights.
We can take the full right lane but NOT the left! Please STAY OUT OF THE LEFT LANE
Practice self reliance. This is a community organized event and everyone is responsible for themselves. Bring what you need to feel comfortable. Here are some ideas: bike tool, water, helmet, extra inner tube, something fun to share with others
No drinking and riding! You could get pulled over with a DUI just like if you were in a car.
Lastly, love on your town and your people! We’re here to make Fort Collins a brighter, more vibrant place! Lets represent the best Foco has to offer! And as always…
Beep beep, toot toot!
