YGR Road StampIn preparation for the Horsetooth Time Trial Series, YGR is happy to announce that we’ll be hosting an Introduction to Time Trialing Clinic on March 29th at 6pm at Backcountry Delicatessen in Fort Collins. This free event will be hosted by current professional cyclist, Zack Allison and former pro, Jonathan Garcia. This clinic is open to anyone interested racing TTs and especially those that have never raced before.  The BCD kitchen will be open. 

At the clinic we’ll discuss:

How time trials work (specifically the YGR TTs).

What to expect at the race.

Race day preparation.

Training.

Warming up.

Position on the bike.

Pacing.

Equipment.

We’ll also open it up to a Q&A session.

Jon Garcia was on the first all-American team to win a time trial in Europe at Giro del Friuli Venezia Giulia in 2007. He is now a coach with Elements Training Co. and owns Jonathan Garcia Massage. http://www.jonathangarciamassage.com/
