Local mountain bike racers, Quinn and Lisa Schultz, along with their daughter Colavita-Fine Cooking pro rider Whitney Schultz recently started Peritus Coffee Roasters. All their coffees are carefully selected through Coffee Shrub who pays utmost attention to both quality of the bean and ethical sourcing. Currently limited beans can often be found at the Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies after classes but can also be ordered online. Free local pickup and delivery. In Latin, it  is defined as skillful and practiced…the skill and practice to bring you an excellent cup goes through many hands from the farmer, to the processor, distributor, roaster and coffee preparer…all those hands deserve to be celebrated!

Any questions can be sent to whitney@perituscoffee.com.
