Skrdla Power Meter

Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies and YGR have partnered up to present a Training With Power seminar series.

The first class will take place on Wednesday January 25th at the new SETCR location. Current professional cyclist and cycling coach, Zack Allison will lead the series.  The first class will focus on the basics; What is a watt? What is a power meter? What type of power meter is best for you? Why is training with a power meter better or different than heart rate? How to use power to set up workouts. How to analyze gathered data. Knowledge gleaned in the first class will set riders up for more in depth classes to follow throughout the late winter and early spring.

The first class in the free series should last about 2hrs.
