Run for 10 minutes to warm up
Find a staircase (as similar to a cx course as possible) Run the stair case 5 times in a running loop that lasts about 2 minutes.
Jog home a couple minutes easy as cool down.

*The new staircase at Dixon Reservoir could work really well for this. 46 steps from the reservoir to the parking lot.
