Today on 10 Tracks we tune in to see what Steve Stefko has on the dial. Steve is arguably the fastest cyclo-cross racer in Fort Collins. Although he’s very old, and could race in the Master 40+ category, he chooses to race in the Pro, 1, 2 field with the young guns. Steve is a diehard mountain biker and backcountry skier.  Steve prefers to live in the moment so he doesn’t listen to music on the bike but he does on the trainer, en-route races and the trailhead (the actual trailhead, not the bar). First 5 tracks are on the way to the mtb trailhead. Second 5 are tunes for the trainer workouts. Steve works as Chemist for the City of Fort Collins Water Quality Laboratory.

Favorite bike: Santa Cruz Stigmata

Favorite Ride: Anything mtb in the high country (Summit Co, Fraser Valley, Monarch Pass/CB area, Cameron Pass, Parkview Mtn, Happy Jack, Snowies) Variety is the key! I am pretty fond of a nice zone 2 heart rate ride up Rist…look around and enjoy the sights and sounds.

Spofity doesn’t have these bonus tracks:
*Heats Rising – Los Furios
*Let’s Go – C65

Lori and Robert Graves, the owners of Morning Fresh, managed to fill the void left by the Bean and then some. Howling Cow offers a comfortable patio with views of the foothills, great coffee, Ummbers IceCream, Noosa Yoghurt, baked goods, and other…
