This week we’re taking a look at Ben Parman’s 2017 Rocky Mountain Element T.O.. Ben built this up over the Winter from mostly parts on-hand. It seems to be working out for him, he and Andre Breton took the male, 2 person win at the Salida 720 earlier this month.  It’s coming in at 26.6lbs as shown for the XL frame.
