Outskirts is the story of the most iconic roads in the world; the highways and country lanes that connect people and places, towns and countries, cultures and continents. The Big Land, our second film in the series, follows four riders as they attempt to cycle the length of the Trans-Labrador Highway, one of the longest, most remote gravel roads in the world. The chaotic streets of Kathmandu may not seem like a typical breeding ground for world-class mountain bikers, but then again nothing is typical about Rajesh (RJ) Magar. Since its premiere, “RJ Ripper” has been featured at film festivals across North America, including 5Point, Fresh Coast and most recently Banff International Film Festivals.
