Volunteer to Complete Trail Work on the Alt Line at Reservoir Ridge Natural Area

Last Tuesday, July 12, thanks to four hardworking Overland MTB Trail Volunteers, we are nearing project completion!  Work on one last retaining wall and a few other rock structures is progressing, with over 300 LF of connecting tread already completed, and we are starting work on the connections to the existing trail that will allow us to open to the public!

Our next scheduled playdate is this coming Tuesday, July 19, from 5-8pm.

We need 6-8 guys/gals (10 max each day) to help us complete this work.

Where to meet:  4204 Michaud Lane – parking lot for Reservoir Ridge Natural Area

What to bring:    Daypack with work gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, raingear, 2-qts. water minimum, snacks.

What to wear:    Long pants, over-ankle hiking boots if you have them (no open-toed footwear).

Tools:                Provided!

Upcoming Volunteer Traildays – Summer Schedule Updates

Volunteering and trail stewardship is at the core of the Overland Mountain Bike Club.  It’s great fun, builds and bonds our community together – land agencies who manage our public lands, partnering organizations, sponsors, and our members – and helps to create new, and maintain access to our cherished soft-surface trails.  Thank You All who have chosen to come out and volunteer with us!

Opportunities remain for you to Volunteer and show your love for our trail systems!  Please mark your calendars for the following dates and projects:
