Active recovery -Active recovery workouts are low intensity and low volume workouts in which the goal is to get blood into the muscles that you worked the day before to enhance recovery. In addition, another goal with active recovery is to loosen up stiff muscles.

No reason to do a boring ride like this by yourself.  Come by the Rio on Mondays at 6 pm during daylight savings time and share your weekend war stories while you loosen the legs up.   It’s a super easy 20-mile ride at about 15mph.  Hangout after for a marg or two.
