What’s up with RioSwap, you ask? Well, it’s coming up on Sunday, February 25th from 4-7pm in Rio’s Agave Room. Mike Weber with Keller Williams is still sponsoring the event. Vendor tables are still $25.00. You’ll notice a slightly condensed schedule this year (3hrs instead of 4) and sadly, there might be a $5.00 admission. I’ve been resistant to charging for the event for years, but I think the time has come. Sorry about that.
What is RioSwap, you ask? Well, it’s an outdoor gear swap hosted by YGR every year in the Agave Room. It’s equal parts gear swap, season kickoff and social gathering. We usually have 45 vendors (vendor tables are open to businesses and individuals) probs have a Girl Scout Cookie table again and of course the Rio bar will be rocking and rolling. We generally sell out the 40-50 tables, and hundreds of buyers pass through during the course of the evening.
