Plyometrics Workout

Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).

10 min Jog warm up
20 jump lunges
1 minute burpees
10 jump squats (out and ups, jump as far out as you can then instantly after landing jump straight up in the air then land in place, counts at one)
10 side squats
1 minute sprint (running)
4 minutes easy walking around, rest
REPEAT THIS SET 1 TIME
