Tiffany Ankrum, you guys! Tiffany has been a constant member of the Fort Collins cycling scene for as long as I can remember. She rides for the Follies, Team BOB and is active with Send Town. A  Billings Montana native she’s been in Fort Collins for 24 years. The PVH ER Registered Nurse (thanks for the hustle!) has dabbled in all things cycling but has settled into the MTB lifestyle (lots of times it’s a SS MTB). She listens to her 10 tracks while riding and running (only one bud of course).

Howling Cow Cafe

Howling Cow Cafe opened on July 1st, 2014, adjacent to Morning Fresh Dairy Farm hq, almost exactly a year after the Bellvue Bean closed down. That was a tough year for cyclists who were used to a mid-ride coffee break while doing the Dairy Loop.
