“We are only three weeks away from the 2016 National EMS Memorial Bike Ride- Colorado and while it is getting exciting, we can still use A LOT of help. I hope that you will consider joining us for part of this event that honors paramedics and EMTs who have died in the line of duty, while raising awareness of the EMS profession and promoting a healthy lifestyle through cycling. We really need volunteers for route marking, rider check-in/check-out, rest stop support, and possibly vehicle shuttling from the start to finish of each day. In addition to daily needs, we need a few individuals who can commit to the entire event as a volunteer coordinator, route marking coordinator, and logistics/support coordinator. These people will work directly with the event coordinator and assistant coordinator to ensure smooth operations of each aspect of the day.”
