Day 5 – Plyometrics Workout

Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).

10 min Jog warm up
10 jump lunges
10 tuck jumps
1 minute plank
10 deadlifts (weighted if you have it)
10 burpees
1 minute plank
REPEAT 2X
