The Winter Ralleye was started in 2003 by Jason Shelman. This year will be the 15th year in a row of having it. We meet for a ride once a month between November and April each year.

These “Winter Ralleye” were started five years ago to urge a few friends to continue pedaling their bicycles through the winter months, all in the name of fun and adventure. This winter we will continue pedaling.
Disclaimer for the Winter Ralleye
Reminder: The Winter Ralleye is just a group of friends out for a ride when most stay home or go skiing. These are self-supported rides; there are no support vehicles or supported rest areas. There is no entry fee, no registration, no UCI points, and no prize money. The suggested route is an open course and should be treated as shuch. Obey all traffic laws. Don’t break the law.

Wycolo Border Patrol
Saturday November 11th 2017 at 7:30 am at the POUDRE TRAIL and TAFT HILL ROAD trailhead parking lot. Rolling at 8:00 AM. Meet up after the ride at Wolverine Farm Letterpress and Publik House.
Pennock Pedaling Pow-wow
Sunday December 10th 2017 at 6:30 AM at The Bean Cycle ~ 95 miles through Buckhorn and Poudre Canyons.
Two Days of Cold Toes
Saturday January 13th and Sunday January 14th 2018 meeting at Swing Station at Noon and roll at at 1:00pm to go camping up the Poudre Canyon
The Cinnamon Roller
Sunday February 18th 2018 meeting at Bean Cycle at 7:30 and rolling at 8:00am toward the Forks in Livermore with after ride meet up at Road 34.
Weld County Waltz
Saturday March 24th 2018 meeting at Bean Cycle at 7:30 and rolling at 8:00am. Heading out east on gravel roads between 50 and 95 miles, weather dependent. Meet up after the ride at Brave New Wheel.
Prairie Fireball Overnight
Saturday April 21st and Sunday April 22nd 2018 meeting at Bean Cycle at 8:00 rolling at 8:30. Appoximatly 50 to 150 miles depending on weather. The Lyrid Meteor Showers are supposed to be near their peak. Route TBD.
