Fort Collins’ 33rd annual Bike to Work Day is taking place on Wednesday, June 23rd. 51 breakfast stations, many with free mechanics, will be located throughout the city. The stations will be open from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. The event is free and open to everyone. 

In 2019, more than 7800 people rode to work (or wherever), visiting nearly 70 breakfast stations, setting a new record by bypassing 2017’s record of 6,009 riders. 2020 was of course postponed due to COVID.  Here are 2019 stats supplied by FC Moves Nick Heiman:

We estimated about 7,800 total participants in 2019, with 70 stations. The top 5 stations included:

Oak Street Plaza hosted by Elevations Credit Union, City of Fort Collins, The Cupboard, and Partners in Energy with 739.


New Belgium with Homeward Alliance and The Lyric with 875.


Old Town Square with Illegal Pete’s, Happy Lucky’s, ExperiencePlus! Bicycle Tours, Akinz, The Elizabeth and The Emporium with 1025.


Mason/Spring Creek Trail hosted by USDA Building A Green Team, The Human Bean, Great Harvest Bread Co., and Drake Cyclery with 1077.


CSU at the Oval hosted by CSU Parking and Transportation Services, Milo’s Tea, Mountain Whitewater, Silver Grill, Bean Cycle, Edge Optics, KIND Snacks, and Lamar’s Donuts with 11.
