Bobcat Ridge Set to Reopen

The City of Fort Collins announced today that after an extended closure due to flood damage, Bobcat Ridge Natural Area is set to reopen on Friday, August 11th, 2023.

  • Ginny Trail and On the Rocks Trail are both closed until further notice while repairs are being made.
  • Bikers may use Power Line Trail uphill only.
  • Bikers may temporarily use DR Trail downhill only. Be sure to maintain a safe speed and yield to horses and hikers.
  • Valley Loop and Eden Valley Spur are open to all visitors.
  • Some trails are overgrown.
  • The Valley Loop Trail is severely eroded near the DR Trail intersection.
