Georgia Super D podiumFort Collins cyclists again performed well at Mountain Bike Nationals in Macungie, PA over the weekend.  Georgia Gould and Tyson Kaman both took 2nd place in the cross country race, Marie Walsh was 3rd. According to a Facebook post, a poorly timed crash on the final lap allowed Jacob Harris to catch up to defending champion, Tyson Kaman, and contest the sprint. Both riders finished with the same time. 

Georgia managed to pull out wins in both the Super D and the Short Track races.  Georgia has been spending a considerable amount of time working on her downhill technical skills at the Donkey Hills Mountain Bike park and her win in the final National Championship Super D ever is evidence of that.
