This week DesFit gives us an in-depth review of the new Speed Sensor 2 and Cadence Sensor 2 from Garmin. They've added duel Bluetooth /Ant+ connectivity along with some other cool jazz.

This week our own DesFit takes a long term look at the Elite Direto direct drive smart trainer.  I may be late to the party but I'd never heard of Direto before. Sounds like its worth checking out.

If you see a guy bombing around on an orange RKT talking to himself, that's probably DesFit working on his next gear review, think nothing of it. His latest review of the 2018 Niner RKT 9 is phenomenal. His ability to narrate white riding is impressive.
