A GoFundMe campaign has been established to assist longtime local cyclists, Tim Fegel and Jess Stanley after an electrical fire damaged their home. On June 11th an electrical fire did over $20,000 worth of damage to their home and property and left it uninhabitable. Jess and Tim were at work at the time of the fire. Thankfully, firefighters were able to get their dogs out of the mobile home unharmed.

A Poudre Fire Authority investigation revealed that a nail being used to attach Wains Coating was driven through aluminum wiring by the previous owner causing a short.  Since these renovations were not up to local building codes their homeowner’s insurance will not cover the repairs or the replacing any of their belongings.
