A joint task force between the Windsor PD, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI announced Friday that they have uncovered evidence linking the shooting death John Jacoby and an injured motorist on I25. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 and the Crimerstoppers of Northern Colorado is offering up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
The Windsor Police Department asks residents to report any suspicious activity by calling 970-674-6400. Anyone with information about the shootings is urged to call 1-800-222-8477 or text 274637 and starting the message with NOCO, followed by the message.
