Overland Mountain Bike Association's Singletrack Social group rides (mtb) are set to resume on Wednesday, April 5th.

The Wednesday Open Ride (WOR) resumes for the season tonight. The spicy road group ride leaves from the Southwest corner of the Front Range Community College Library parking lot at 530.

The USA Cycling road season kicked off here in Colorado with the Frostbite Time Trail hosted by Team Rio Grande Racing on Saturday. 168 racers from across the region took part in the 11-mile individual and team time trials. 19 of those racers were from NoCo/SoWyo and ended up on the podium.

Trek is hosting Overalnd's March Trail Talks event at their Fort Collins North location. On the docket for discussion this month - Bike Parks! Most know...okay, everyone now knows...about the big push currently underway to see a bike park included as part of the future use of the former Hughes Stadium site. They'll discuss Hughes and other area bike parks that are in the works.

The Laramie Range Enduro originated in 1998, starting in historic Downtown Laramie, Wyoming. At that time, the race began with a police escort through town before climbing 1300 feet out of the Laramie valley and into the stunning landscape that graces our backyard to the east - the Pole Mountain Trail System. Twenty-four years later, this race has transformed to maintain a traditional approach to a cross country race, while adapting with the evolution of cross country culture.

Niner Bikes is hosting the Overland Mountain Bike Association for its February Trail Talks event at its new location in Fort Collins. OMBA will be discussing planned & expected trail projects throughout the Northern Front Range region for 2023. Come with questions, and comments, or simply listen. LOTS of great projects on the horizon.

Dates have been set for YGR Time Trials, the Send Town Short Track and Send Town Cyclocross Races. All of these low-cost grassroots races take place on Tuesday nights during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Details on City Streets Crits and Crazy Joe Cross are forthcoming.

The CSU road race weekend will take place on April 22nd and 23rd this year. Saturday's circuit race will feature the Cobb Lake Circuit Race, and we'll finally return to the classic CSU Oval course on Sunday.

Looking for a fully supported gravel experience in Northern Colorado? Gravel Graceland is a three day gravel camp (not camping) based out of the Fort and run by Whitney and Zack Allison. The 30-50 mile rides are fully supported and traverse a mix of gravel, pavement, and single track. The North South Bikepacking race is set to roll out from Fort Collins again in 2024. The 500+-mile self-supported gravel race (similar to the CTR) with roughly  48500 feet of elevation gain will end in Trinidad, CO. The route has about 200 miles of pavement, 300 of gravel, and 15-30 miles of singletrack (all +-).

The High Plains Drifter is a 330-mile unsupported bikepacking adventure following a mix of gravel roads and doubletrack in Northern Colorado. There are no fees, prizes or sign-up. The route is approximately 70% gravel, 10% B roads, 10% single-track and 10% hard surface.
