Two-part Women’s Time Trial Clinic
For women who have not raced before or want to improve their skills and performance.

Part I: Monday, June 19, 6 – 7:30 pm, 536 Walden Way, Fort Collins (no bikes) – RSVP Here

Part II: Wednesday, June 21, 6 – 7:30 pm, Taft Hill Road Time Trial Course – RSVP Here

We will cover:
• Proper warm up
• Lactate threshold, how to determine it and how to use it
• Pacing and how it changes for short and long TTs
• Race scenarios (wind, terrain)

We will practice the principles learned indoors on Monday during the outdoor session on Wednesday evening.
Clinics will be led by Cini Brown (long-time road bike racer), Diana Hassel (world class Iron Man triathlete and coach) and Nancy McElwain (accomplished cyclist and coach).

Howling Cow Cafe opened on July 1st, 2014, adjacent to Morning Fresh Dairy Farm hq, almost exactly a year after the Bellvue Bean closed down. That was a tough year for cyclists who were used to a mid-ride coffee break while doing the Dairy Loop.
