Hello everyone and welcome to the YGR CX WOD! With the help of Zack Alison of Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies and Rodrigo Gil Moreno DeMora of Diamond Peak Physical Therapy we’ll have you starting your 2016 cyclocross season in the best shape ever. The following plyometric, core and running workouts are intended to be done in conjugation with your normal road, mountain or cyclocross riding. The workouts should take less than 20min and require no special equipment. Tune in tomorrow for the Skill of the Week. 

Without further ado, I give you the first WOD:

Running Workout
10 min light jog warm up
In an open field measure out about 20 yards
Do a 20 yard dash at 90% of max sprint pace
Easy jog back to start
Repeat 8 times
