Core Workout- an exercise session that strengthens the muscles of the torso, especially the lower back and abdominal area.

After a ride warm up, walking the dog, anything to move around a bit
1 min plank
30 second side plank each side
10 oblique crunches
10 super man back crunches
10 squat jumps (in and out)
REPEAT 2 sets
