The Windsor Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of a cyclist Monday morning. 48 year old John Jacoby was shot twice while riding Northbound on Weld County Road 15 near the intersection of County Road 72. Jacoby, a part-time caretaker with the town of Windsor was found by a passing motorist around 10am. As of 5:30pm Monday, the Windsor police department had no suspects nor would they say if it was related to the rash of shattered car windows along the I25 corridor.
