On Thursday December 6th, Kristin Eagle was denied entry into the Larimer County Court Wellness Program, a program that provides alternatives to incarceration for individuals whose mental health issues affect their criminal behavior. On Dec 18th, the 4th hearing in her case, she will likely plead innocent or guilty to charitable fraud, theft, forgery, unauthorized use of a financial transaction device, and two charges of identity theft.
