rosThe Ride of Silence is an international bicycle ride in memory of those who have been killed or injured while cycling. Join cyclists worldwide in a silent slow-paced ride in honor of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. Please pass this on to others you think might be interested in participating.

  • Ride date and time: May 20th at 7:00pm Please arrive by 6:45.
  • Ride start location: City Park Shelter #7 (on the NW corner of City Park & S. Bryan, just south of the train and across from Club Tico)
  • Ride route: The route is around 8 miles and will begin and end at the Shelter #7 in City Park (the red teardrop)
  • The ride will take place rain, snow, or shine – please watch the weather and come prepared.
  • Helmets and lights required!

Since relocating to Fort Collins, the Smalls have been working hard to build their sports therapy practice and support their community. Doctor Natalie’s primary focus for her own training is competitive trail running and cycling. Aside from treating runners and cyclists, Doctor Natalie specializes in pre and postpartum strength training and loves helping mothers stay injury free throughout pregnancy after giving birth.
