Bike Sports Bike Fit
I had the opportunity to get a bike fit with Zack Allison over at Bike Sports the other day, and I thought I'd walk you through the process. Historically, I haven't been super picky about my fit so it's been a few years since my last checkup. As I've gotten older and previous injuries have started to flare up, I've become more aware of my fit and how it affects how I feel both on and off the bike. I've been working with Shawn Small over at Adapt Sports Therapy on an ankle issue, and having a fit with Zack is kind of an extension of those treatments.

Cheyenne to build trailhead & trails near WY CO Border
The rumors are true: the city of Cheyenne will start the process of building a trailhead and trails just north of the Colorado-Wyoming border. The first phase will include a trailhead off Harriman Road and six miles of trails on the property known as Belvoir Ranch. Thanks in part to a $486,000 grant from the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation, construction will begin in May, and the trailhead and trails will be open to the public by 2025. If all goes according to plan, roughly 20 miles will be built, and those trails will eventually connect to Red Mountain in Larimer County, Colorado.
