Bike Sports Bike Fit

I had the opportunity to get a bike fit with Zack Allison over at Bike Sports the other day, and I thought I'd walk you through the process. Historically, I haven't been super picky about my fit so it's been a few years since my last checkup. As I've gotten older and previous injuries have started to flare up, I've become more aware of my fit and how it affects how I feel both on and off the bike.  I've been working with Shawn Small over at Adapt Sports Therapy on an ankle issue, and having a fit with Zack is kind of an extension of those treatments.

Thanks in part to a $486,000 grant from the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation, construction will begin in May, and the trailhead and trails will be open to the public by 2025. If all goes according to plan, roughly 20 miles will be built, and those trails will eventually connect to Red Mountain in Larimer County, Colorado.

RioSwap 2024

What’s up with RioSwap, you ask? Well, it’s coming up on Sunday, February 25th from 4-7pm in Rio’s Agave Room. Mike Weber with Keller Williams is still sponsoring the event. Vendor tables are still $25.00. You’ll notice a slightly condensed schedule this year (3hrs instead of 4) and sadly, there might be a $5.00 admission. I’ve been resistant to charging for the event for years, but I think the time has come. Sorry about that.
